Piña Colada Mocktail
Makes 2 mocktails, 25 mg Azuca CBD each
1½ cup frozen pineapple chunks, unsweetened
4 ice cubes
¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
¾ cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1¼ tsp Azuca CBD sugar
1 tsp boiling water
Wedge of pineapple and maraschino cherry for garnish, optional
- In a small heatproof cup, combine Azuca CBD sugar and boiling water. Stir until sugar is dissolved and place in refrigerator until room temperature or colder.
- Combine pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut milk, Azuca CBD sugar and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add additional sugar if necessary.
- Serve in two glasses with garnishes, if using.
