No-Bake Haystack Cookies
Makes 24 cookies, 15 mg Azuca CBD each
Ingredients
1½ cups butterscotch chips
2 cups chocolate chips
6 cups chow mein noodles
1 cup salted chopped peanuts
3 Tbsp (36g) Azuca CBD Sugar
Process
- Melt chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and Azuca CBD sugar in microwave-safe bowl in microwave. Stir in 20 second bursts, until just melted.
- In a large bowl, mix dried chow mein noodles and chopped peanuts with melted chocolate, butterscotch and Azuca sugar until the noodles are well covered. Spoon 24 equal sized mounds on to a lined baking sheet or plate and refrigerate until hard.
