Mexican Hot Chocolate
Makes 6 drinks, 4 mg each (up to 25mg)
6 oz quality unsweetened chocolate,
broken into pieces
2 cups milk
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sugar
pinch ground cloves
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
2 pinches cayenne pepper (or to taste)
1 Tbsp Azuca Simple Syrup (15mL)
5 Tbsp Uninfused Simple Syrup (Optional)
