Makes 1 serving, 25 mg Azuca CBD

Ingredients

3 pieces matzoh, crushed 

2 eggs 

½ cup milk 

Pinch salt 

1 tsp Azuca Simple Syrup  

2 Tbsp butter

Process

1. Combine all ingredients (except butter) together in a medium bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. 
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.  
3. Pour in brei batter and cook until golden brown on one side then flip over. Cook until equally golden on the other side. 
4. Serve with jam, berries, honey, or maple syrup (optional).
