Deviled Eggs

Makes 12 servings, 10 mg Azuca CBD each 


6 Extra large eggs, boiled for 12 minutes, drained and cooled. 

1 tsp Dijon Mustard 

4 tsp Azuca CBD sugar 

3 Tbsp mayonnaise 

2 tsp minced onion 

3 dashes Tabasco sauce 

¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce 

Kosher salt and cayenne pepper to taste 

Paprika and chives, for garnish


  1. Peel the eggs under cold running water. Gently cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks, being careful not to tear the whites. Place the yolks in a small mixing bowl and set the whites aside. 
  2. Mash the yolks with a fork. Stir in mustard, mayonnaise, Azuca CBD sugar, onion, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cayenne pepper.  
  3. Using a tsp or pastry bag fitted with a start tip, fill each half egg white with an equal amount of seasoned egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika minced chives before serving.
