Makes 12 servings, 10 mg Azuca CBD each
6 Extra large eggs, boiled for 12 minutes, drained and cooled.
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
4 tsp Azuca CBD sugar
3 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp minced onion
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce
Kosher salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Paprika and chives, for garnish
- Peel the eggs under cold running water. Gently cut each egg in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks, being careful not to tear the whites. Place the yolks in a small mixing bowl and set the whites aside.
- Mash the yolks with a fork. Stir in mustard, mayonnaise, Azuca CBD sugar, onion, Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and cayenne pepper.
- Using a tsp or pastry bag fitted with a start tip, fill each half egg white with an equal amount of seasoned egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika minced chives before serving.
