Coconut Macaroons
Makes 30 cookies, 15 mg Azuca CBD each
Ingredients
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp kosher salt
1 large egg white
14 oz unsweetened flaked coconut
3¾ Tbsp Azuca CBD sugar or 18 Azuca CBD sugar stick packs
½ tsp almond extract
Process
- Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
- In bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
- Mix coconut, vanilla extract, salt, sweetened condensed milk and almond extract in medium bowl. Carefully fold egg white into coconut mixture.
- Line a cookie sheet with greased foil. Make 1 oz (2 Tbsp) mounds, 2” apart on your cookie sheet.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and crisp on the bottom.
