Coconut Macaroons

Makes 30 cookies, 15 mg Azuca CBD each


14 oz sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ tsp kosher salt
1 large egg white
14 oz unsweetened flaked coconut
3¾ Tbsp Azuca CBD sugar or 18 Azuca CBD sugar stick packs
½ tsp almond extract


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
  3. Mix coconut, vanilla extract, salt, sweetened condensed milk and almond extract in medium bowl. Carefully fold egg white into coconut mixture.
  4. Line a cookie sheet with greased foil. Make 1 oz (2 Tbsp) mounds, 2” apart on your cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and crisp on the bottom.
