Makes 3 servings, 25 mg Azuca CBD each
2 large egg yolks
1 Tbsp Azuca CBD Simple Syrup
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz bitter sweet chocolate, melted
½ tsp vanilla extract
- Whisk together egg yolks, Azuca Simple Syrup, ½ cup heavy cream in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat. Cook while stirring until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of your spoon, do not boil.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract and melted chocolate. Pour into a bowl and chill in refrigerator.
- Beat remaining heavy cream with 1 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold ⅓ of whipped cream into cooled chocolate mixture very gently so as not to deflate the cream.
- Divide into 3 equal portions and chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy with chocolate shavings, extra whipped cream or fruit of your choice.
