Chocolate Egg Cream

Makes 1 serving, 4mg (up to 12mg)

¾ cup cold seltzer 

2 Tbsp Fox’s U-Bet Chocolate Syrup 

1½ oz cold whole milk 

1 tsp Azuca Simple Syrup (5 mL)

2 tsp Uninfused Simple Syrup (Optional)

Pour chocolate syrup, Azuca Simple Syrup and milk into a tall glass and stir together.  

Tilt the glass slightly and pour your seltzer in. Stir vigorously to form a foamy head. 

Serve immediately.
