Candied Sweet Potatoes

Makes 4 servings, 25 mg Azuca CBD each 


4 sweet potatoes, quartered 

10 Tbsp butter 

9 Tbsp dark brown sugar 

2½ tsp Azuca CBD Sugar

2½ cups marshmallows 

1½ tsp cinnamon 

¼ tsp nutmeg 

Pinch of ground cloves 

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  2. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add sweet potatoes and boil until slightly underdone (about 15 minutes). Drain, cool, peel, and chop into bite-size chunks. 
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, Azuca CBD sugar, 1½ cups of the marshmallows, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until marshmallows are melted. 
  4. Mash half of the cubed sweet potatoes into the marshmallow sauce and stir. Add in the whole sweet potato chunks. Season with salt and pepper.
