Balsamic Feta Tomato Salad

Makes 2 servings, 25 mg Azuca CBD each
4 large, fresh tomatoes, cut into hefty bite-size chunks
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese, more or less to taste
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil, or more to taste
1 clove garlic, minced
10 basil leaves, chiffonade
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. In a medium-size bowl, toss all ingredients together.
2. Allow to sit for 5 minutes then taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
3. Serve with warm crusty bread.
