“Truth be told, my favorite thing to make at Thanksgiving is something called ambrosia. I am literally the only one in my family or circle of friends who likes it. It is essentially Jello, whipped cream, coconut, and canned fruit. Fight for it. Make the ambrosia a couple days in advance. Makes 12 servings, 10 mg Azuca CBD each


2½ cups fresh pineapple, crushed 

1 cup tangerines or oranges, lightly smashed (no white pith) 

½ cup chopped sour cherries 

2 cups sour cream 

1½ cup shredded coconut 

1 cup chopped pecans 

2 cups marshmallows, diced 

4 Tbsp Azuca CBD simple syrup 

1 cup whipping cream, whipped and seasoned to taste with sugar and vanilla 


  1. Drain the fruit very well and place it in a large mixing bowl.  
  2. Stir in the sour cream, pecans, coconut, marshmallows, and Azuca CBD simple syrup. 
  3. Fold in whipped cream and serve!
