If you don’t like it, you can return your product within 30 days for a full refund—even if you’ve used the whole bottle. The 30-day trial is available for first-time purchasers for one product only, and the 30 days begin once you’ve received your product in the mail. You’ll need to email our support team and wait up to 2 days for them to reply with additional information. Once approved, your refund may take 5 to 7 business days to post to your account.
If it’s not your first-time purchase, Azuca still accepts returns for any product that arrives defective or with another issue. You can request a return by emailing our support team.
